No bigger than a wallet in size, the scale features a built-in flip cover with auto shut-off functionality to preserve battery life and protect the stainless steel weighing platform when not in use. On the underside of the cover are detailed instructions on how to use and maximise the capabilities of the scale. Measurements are displayed in full clarity thanks to a clear backlit LCD screen, with simple touch buttons for toggling through the various features. Seven different units of metric and imperial measurement are accurate to 0.01 grams, with a maximum capacity of 200 grams ensuring most small household items can be effectively and precisely weighed.   For accurate measurement of multiple items, the scale also features a TARE function, allowing the current weight to be reset to zero whilst an item is on the platform. This is particularly useful for measuring out ingredients in a small container. On the underside of the scale is a concealed battery compartment and additional slots for the storage of spare batteries.
