Luxuriously rich and quite deliriously decadent, whole grated flakes of the highest quality chocolate make for a cup of cocoa a cut above the rest Our 60% Cocoa Flaked Drinking Chocolate is a creamy blend of cocoa from the Congo, beautifully balanced at the perfect percentage. Just high enough to create that authentic dark chocolate intensity, but mellow enough to allow for rich, fruity notes to come through in the cup, its a beautifully flavoursome blend for true cocoa connoisseurs. To concoct the perfect cup, heat 200ml of whole milk in a pan, and melt two tablespoons of chocolate flakes into the mix, stirring as you go. When its velvety smooth and steaming hot, its ready to pour. And there you have it: molten chocolate gold.   Weight: 350g
