What is Shopello?
Shopello is a price comparison service that gathers products from hundreds of online retailers on a single platform. We make it easier for you to search, compare and find the best price – but we don't sell any products ourselves.

Do you sell products directly through Shopello?
No. Shopello doesn't operate its own e-commerce store. When you find a product with us and click through, you'll be directed to the store that sells the product. All purchases are made directly with the retailer.

Why should I use Shopello?
With Shopello you can:

How do I order a product I found on Shopello?
By clicking on a product with us, you'll be directed straight to the store that sells the item. There you complete your purchase as usual.

I have a question about my order – who do I contact?
Since Shopello doesn't sell products, you need to contact the store where you placed your order. You can find the store's contact information on their website.

Can I return an item through Shopello?
No. Returns, exchanges and complaints are always handled directly with the store where you bought the product. Shopello unfortunately cannot help with these matters.

Why does the price sometimes differ between Shopello and the store's own website?
We update prices and product information continuously, but sometimes stores can change price or stock status before it's been updated with us. The store's price always applies.

How do I know that the prices are correct?
We only work with serious and reliable online retailers. To be completely sure, we recommend that you always double-check the price and terms directly with the store before completing your purchase.

Is it safe to shop through Shopello?
Yes! When you click through to a store, all payment and order handling takes place directly with the retailer. We only list established and reliable online retailers.

How do you choose which stores can participate?
We work with serious and well-reputed online retailers. The goal is to give you a safe shopping experience with a wide and current selection.

🔎 Product search & assortment

Why can't I always find the product I'm looking for?
We have millions of products in our database, but it can happen that certain stores aren't connected to us yet. However, the assortment is updated continuously.

Can you add products from a specific store?
Please feel free to tip us! Even though we can't promise that all stores will become partners, we always try to expand the assortment to make the comparison even better.

Why is the same product shown from several different stores?
That's part of our service – so that you can easily compare prices, terms and shipping options before making your decision.
