We really like gingerbread spiced rum.25g pitted dates25g dried apricots25g cashew nuts¼ teaspoon mixed spice½ tsp vanilla extract1l almond milk (sweetened)NutmegMethod:Soak the fruit, nuts and mixed spice in the alcohol. Leave covered overnight.The following day tip the mixture into a blender and add the vanilla extract and almond milk. Now blend until super smooth (you may want to sieve the mixture).Serve over ice with some grated nutmeg.
